Indian 3C School
Ramanathan hails from a traditional traders’ family in Madurai. He leads one of the largest pharmaceutical distribution firms in the city. Knowledge and human resource development have always been his core areas of interest. He is a member of the Reader’s Club in the city. He gives special attention to building the capacities of the staff of his business firm. He has designed and conducted several training programs on personality development, leadership, interpersonal communication, etc. for his staff members.
Ramanathan finds the existing educational system is totally inadequate and has severely failed to produce citizens who can think and act independently. He strongly believes that education should be complete rather than focusing only on imparting memorizing skills.
He sees his involvement in the promotion of the Indian 3C School as a gesture of ‘Giving Back to the Society’. He envisions promoting a collective of educational institutions to serve children and youth.

Our Model

Compassion
Happy schooling is the primary necessity for educating children. An unpleasant atmosphere at the school will seriously affect the learning processes and outcomes of the child. At the Indian 3C School, we give the greatest care to sustain a happy environment for the pupils through different mechanisms. Creative Thinking & Innovative Solutions.

Concept
Greater focus is given to enabling the children to discover new things and learn on their own rather than being directly fed. The methods adopted in our school help the children go deeper into different dimensions of the subject and reflect. Through this process, research aptitude is instilled among the children. Achieving Excellence in Education.

Competence
The world is fast changing. Unless the children are made potentially capable of facing the dynamism of the real world, they will not succeed in their careers and life. Hence, it is highly important to enhance the skill base of the children beyond the academic curriculum. We have consciously designed a number of mechanisms to build the psychomotor skills of the pupils.
